Copyright
Sellers may only list work they own or have the rights to sell. If something on Peer Junction uses your copyrighted work without permission, send us a notice below and we'll remove it.

What a notice needs
- The copyrighted work you say is being infringed.
- Where the infringing material is on Peer Junction (links are best).
- Your name and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the owner or authorised to act for them.
- Your signature (typing your full name below counts).
What happens
- We review the notice and, if it's complete, remove or disable the material.
- We tell the seller, who can send a counter-notice if they believe it was removed by mistake.
- If we get a valid counter-notice, we tell you, and restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless you tell us you've filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Each valid notice counts as a strike against the account that posted the material. An account with three strikes is closed. Staff may close an account sooner for clear, deliberate infringement. Strikes from notices later withdrawn, or overturned by a counter-notice, are removed.
