Review rules

Reviews only come from real purchases, and we treat good and bad reviews the same way.

Who can review

• Only buyers who completed an order or own the product. One review per order or purchase.
• Sellers and their team members can't review their own listings.
• Reviews by Peer Junction staff are labelled "Staff".

What isn't allowed

• Fake reviews, reviews written by AI to pose as a real customer, or reviews for something you didn't buy.
• Sellers offering anything in exchange for a review or for changing one.
• Threats or pressure to remove a review.

When we hide a review

Only if it breaks these rules or our community rules: harassment, personal information, spam, illegal content, or a review that isn't about the purchase. We never hide a review because it's negative, and sellers can't remove reviews. Sellers can post one public reply.

Anyone can report a review that breaks the rules using the Report link next to it.
