Refunds and disputes
Every payment goes through Peer Junction, so if something goes wrong there's a record and staff can step in.
Services
- If the seller doesn't deliver, delivers something that doesn't match the listing, or stops responding, report the order before the seller's payout date (shown on the order). Staff review it and can refund you in full.
- Asking for changes is free within the revisions included in the option you bought.
- A delivered order completes automatically after 5 days with no reply from the buyer. Report problems before then.
- Unpaid orders can be cancelled at any time; you're never charged for them.
Products (downloads)
- Because files can't be "returned", products aren't refundable just for changing your mind.
- You can get a refund if the product is broken, doesn't work as described, is missing what the listing promised, or was removed for malware or stolen work. Report it from your Library and staff will review it.
- A refunded purchase loses download access. Anything else you own from that seller is unaffected.
Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from your Library. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you aren't charged again.
- Partial periods aren't refunded, except when the product stops working or is removed.
How refunds are paid
- Full refunds go back to the original card, including the service or processing fee you paid. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- The seller's share is reversed and Peer Junction's fee is returned, so nobody profits from a refunded order.
Chargebacks
- Please report problems to us first; it's faster than a bank dispute.
- If your bank opens a dispute, staff respond to it with the order record (messages, deliveries, download history). The seller's payout for that order is held until it's resolved.
